• Really attractive accomodations, loved the conveniences of mini kitchen.
• There is only one doable bed in the room but I was alone on this trip. however two doubles would have been nice.

“This hotel is very attractive. It is set back in an island resort type setting. Away from the busy street but near enough to be very convenient to the stores and pharmacy nearby. Loved the easy access to highway. Parking near the door was a big plus. Very very nice place.”

• Location.
• Check in office closed at 11 p.m.

“I arrived an hour after the office closed. A sign instructed late arrivals to use the nearby phone. The phone was out of order. I attempted to call the hotel with my cell phone and all I got was a continual recorded message which indicated someone would be coming on to assist me but that never happened. Two hours later after 3 calls to Priceline I was able to get into a room.”

• Inexpensive option in a business district.
• Bathrooms and kitchen needs updating, sink was dripping (old plumbing).

“Right off a main street with easy access to the interstate. Internet is not included in the room fee (will be an additional $5).”

• The style of the room. Clean and friendly staff.

“This is about the Hyatt at 1005 Crestline Pkwy. Atlanta. The Lobby is clean, well illuminated, modern and nice design. Hallways are clean and well illuminated. Room presents a modern and original design. Location is ok and close to business and shopping areas but only by car.”

• Close to the interstate.
• The cleanliness of the rooms, mold growing in bathrooms.

“Do not
stay at this hotel. They switched my room three times during two days. My first room; mold was growing in the grout in the shower, the security lock did not work properly, the
TV remote did not work and only luke warm water in the bathroom. My second room, in a different building, roaches had made a home there. My third room, in yet another building had a 2in mold ring growing around the tub drain. When complained, I was told there was nothing they could do. I needed to contact the corporate office.”
