• Desk clerks were very helpful.
• Lack of towels in the room, the non-working A/C, and the odor in the hallway.

“Never stayed in an extended hotel before so can not compare and probably won't again.”

• Fast check in.
• No shampoo in the bathroom.

“A very simple and basic hotel in every way. Mattress hard and sheets paper thin. But no shampoo is the worst insult to any traveler.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty, unsafe, homeless people everywhere and hotel is a residence.

“Hotel is used for low income people to live. The area is very unsafe. I would never stay here again and do not recommend Chino at all.”

• Clean.
• Location is out of the way from area of interest:Claremont Colleges.

“We were delighted, probably because we expected so little. Friendliness and cleanliness won us over almost immediately. Kitchen facilities came in handy. However, location was troublesome since we had asked to be near Pomona College. Trip wasn't terrible, but it was definitely tedious- - day after day after day.”
