• Flat screen TV.
• Tiny room and way too much money for it.

“If you don't mind taking a taxi to any of your locations in Baltimore then this is a fine hotel. I never have been to a hotel that charged for parking and $22.00 a day at that. The room itself was wonderful, the bathroom being the best part. Very modern.”

• Great location. Close to the inner harbor.
• Ask for wake up call and didn't get it. Almost missed plane.

• Hotel was spotless and convenient for us.
• The staff at the front desk was unfriendly and abrupt.

“I loved the hotel itself. It was spotless and the room was nice. We had breakfast only; our server was friendly and helpful. The cook behind the counter was rude and unfriendly. The front desk person was not helpful and curt.”

• Location. Free hi-speed internet connection. Close to airport.
• Arrived late in evening, not helpful with regard to finding something - anything to eat after traveling all day.
