• The price.
• The room was not cleaned good. I saw a layer of dust on the ironing board. We spotted a couple of roaches in the room. The restroom had paint peeling,

“It serves it's purpose - we just spent the night and got up early to keep going to Orlando. We left at 6:30am.”

• Close to places.
• Did not like hotel due to not being clean, unpleasant and workers were unfriendly.

“This hotel was very dirty. The room when we arrived had a dirty rag behind the toilet. Pillows and sheets were dirty and stained. When we went to the pool it was not the cleanest it could have been.”

• Everything.

“This hotel was something I would never stay in. There were cigarette burns in the pillows, there were no towels available we asked, the bathroom smelled disgusting, and the hotel room as a whole was something we could not stay in. So we got a refund from the hotel front desk and changed hotels.”

• They doors had locks, that's the only good thing.
• The management has keys to the doors. It's seriously that unsafe.

“Worst experience of my life. Bathroom was horribly unsanitary. Towels took forever to get (all day literally), so late that we didn't have time to go out later that night. Rude customer service, bad internet connectivity, nasty room that smelled, stained sheets, small rooms, unsafe location, room wasn't ready when we got there and there was hardly anyone there! Only a few cars were there from people staying, and it was a pretty big motel. That makes no sense at all. The front desk lady refused to give us towels from another room claiming "all our rooms are reserved for our guests". To which I replied, "I am a guest". She couldn't cough up two towels, absolutely amazing. I really didn't think people like that existed, I thought it was only in the movies. Stay across the street at Quality Inn which is a world of difference, same prices, and so awesome. I accidentally booked Days Inn because of the similarity in street address. Seriously, the place across the street is way better in every aspect.”

• Falling apart, poor upkeep.

“I would never stay in this hotel again. The first room looked like it had been involved in some kind of demolition. The second room the phone didn't work. There were Ice Machines but no ice we were told we had to go to a gas station for ice. Carpet was nasty tub was nasty. Very poor experience.”

“Do not stay at this hotel. There are quite a few hotels in the area. Unless you are flat broke, do not stay in this hotel.”

• Filthy dirty and in desperate need of renovation.

“Arrived at 5pm - room not ready. Heater in room did not work. Door to adjoining room would not close completely to lock. No ashtray in smoking room. No light bulb in one bedside light. No drinking or coffee cups. No hand towels or face cloths. Bathroom door had no handle and would not close. Toilet stopped up. Bathtub stopped up. Toilet paper holder broken. No ice bucket.”

• The entire facility is filthy and in need of major reconstruction.

“Absolutely the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. The place is totally run down and dilapidated and should be bull dozed down and turned into a parking lot, it would then be of more beneficial use to the general public.”

• Nothing.
• Mildew smell, holes in walls and no WiFi in room.

“This is for a male or a truck driver to stay. The rooms smell like mildew, there were holes or patched holes in my room, it was nasty. I thought I was getting a 2 star hotel. I have stayed in better 2 star hotels.
No internet in your room, have to go to the main lobby and use it there. Not the best location. I was scared to stay there.”

• The pool.
• Half of the appliances in the room did not work including the refrigerator.

“It would be a much better hotel if they cared about the facility. The appliances did not work and when notified about it nothing was done.”

• I thought the rooms needed a complete renovation. They were old and needed painting.

“I was disappointed with the room. I was given an adjoining room since traveling with my 4 children. One of the bathrooms was disgusting that we only used the other one. (The bath paint was flaking off and the toilet kept on running.) The overall appearance of the room, was very old and worn. They need to do a complete overall of the rooms.”

• Lobby was nice.
• Rooms needed to be updated.

“This motel needs to be updated, shower stall had black mold , AC/H cover was broken. I had to go to the lobby to get ice, but the lobby at least seemed to have been updated.”
