• Conveniently located by Suny Albany college.

• It was very clean and convenient to major roadways.
• We were given a smoking room. While it is not a guarantee, we have never had this problem w/priceline.

“Second night of stay, fire alarm went off in middle of night. When I called the front desk, the clerk said "I can't talk now, I have to call the emergency equipment". There was a small fire which started in a dryer. We were never informed what was going on. I think they should have evacuated the bldg. and kept us informed. Very unsafe situation. I was very upset as was my 8 year old daughter.”

• The morning staff person (woman) was very pleasant.
• The evening staff, no soap, 1 towel, 1 wash cloth.

“Not comfortable, the blanket on the bed was ratty, felt like a salvation army reject, no heat, the staff person was rude when I tried to discuss it with him. It was all together a very unpleasant experience. I am 55 years old and I have traveled a lot, I have never had such a negative hotel experience. When I asked him if this hotel had a restaurant, he pointed to next door.”
