• Good location, well kept up, kitchen in room, refrigerator already cold.
• No ice machine.

• Staff, room, clean.
• Security was very poor.

“Excellent staff, clean, solid rooms. Security is the only problem. Hotel is being targeted on weekends for car burglaries. Management has refused to address with security technology or staff.”

• Outside of the building is new and the lobby.
• They did not update the rooms.

“The beds are rocks. Smoke free room smelled like smoke. No hairdryers. No extras like shampoo, ice machines. Very limited TV channels. Hotel charges for internet connection. The refrigerator motor sounded like it was going to take off, very loud. The toilet sounded like an airplane toilet - extremely loud. Rooms are very outdated. No comforts or luxury attempts. The hallways are very dark and smell.”

• Poorly staffed, few amenities.

“Great location. No help from staff available after 11pm as front desk closes. No continental breakfast, lobby or lounging area. Had to pay extra $4.99 for internet access. Overall, a disappointing experience.”

• Nothing to dislike all is good.

“Excellent location without a swimming pool staff are friendly change room next day without any hassle it was full had to take a smoking room not bad smell except for carpet i apply with freshener on carpet all good till then.”

“I didn't want to even take my shoes off. From the lobby to my room, the cleanliness quality was less than a 1 star hotel. It was simply nasty, and the staff was no better. I would have rather slept in my car.”

• I liked the kitchenette.
• Trash in the hallways. Cigarette smoke permeated the hallways, and my non-smoking room.

“The friendly management put me into a decent room, after initial dissapoinment. Lucky for me they had extra rooms. Typical 2 star Hotel, I'd say.”
