• Friendly staff, peaceful area.
• Not enough lighting in the room.

“The hotel was located within walking distance from tons of restaurants and shopping centers. It was a 15minutes drive from VA Beach which was nice because I didn't have to pay a beach front hotel rate. It is also very close to major highways for quick travel throughout the area.”

• The had some the people staying there that was kind a
  out of control with the loud talking and drinking outside the door.

• Having a small kitchenette in the room.
• The bed was tio hard and not enough pillows on the bed.

“Beside the bed being to hard and not enough pillows, my room was just right for the amount of time I stayed. Except that the bed was too small.”

• Convenient location to Town Center.
• Fire alarm was set off at 2:00 am during a thunderstorm. Had to evacuate during heavy rain.

• The rooms were well equipped and the staff was very pleasant.
• The hotel as a whole was as expected, however, the carpet and upholstery felt like it had never been cleaned.

“The front desk was very pleasant and gave the feeling they were very egger to help. The rooms were clean with the exception of the carpet and furniture upholstery. The cleaning staff had a very upbeat attitude and always had a smile.”
