• Very nice room/beds/towels finally a fitness room that works!!!
• Hotel should note that rooms facing inward are subject to loud water park noise! renovations going on, food not served late evening.

“Very friendly staff w/24 hour service. Good upkeep of fitness room. Nice rooms with cable, strong internet connections, comfy bedding.”

“The room was smelly, dirty carpets, no breakfast, dirty elevator and very slow.”

• The water park was an attractive asset to the experience.
• Overall, the hotel appeared old and slightly dirty. Not the best overall experience.

“For us, the location worked out well being near the interstate and family, yet overall the hotel seemed a bit old and unkempt.”

• Location to main road.
• Extra charge for use of the waterpark.

“The hotel was old. Carpets were stained. Blankets were thin, had holes, and were old. Matress was hard and lumpy. To use the waterpark, they wanted an additional $30.”

• Great linens and comfortable beds.
• Jets overhead 24/7 - hard to sleep on the great bed because of noise.

“Quick check in, helpful staff, great beds, close to family friendly eating establishments (Mama Maria's), too close to O'Hare and hard to actually get to sleep due to jets overhead.”
