  • Very nice decor. Beautiful lobby and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
  • Driveway entrance easy to miss. That's about it.

“Very nice facility close to I-90, shopping and restaurants. Nice fire going in the lobby with a pleasant atmosphere to eat breakfast. Comfortable bed.”

  • Nothing in particular.
  • Low ceilings. Room smelled of cigarettes. Staff was perfunctory. Fridge made an awful sound.

“My room reeked of smoke. The staff was not really friendly. The refrigerator made an awful sound and I had to unplug it. The breakfast was adequate.”

  • Location was so easy to find, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was a surprise!

“Convenient location, clean, nicely kept updated, great pool and jacuzzi. I don't remember seeing free breakfast in the description and we were pleasantly surprised.”

  • Good location to Downtown spokane and valley. Plesent staff.
  • Room in need of upgrade. Breakfast in need of more options. cookies in need of replacing by expiration date.

“Good Hotel for a penny pincher. Plesent staff, hotel in need of an upgrade, however most hotels in spokane are that way! Breakfast not impressive, cooked eggs stale begals and baked goods, sugar loaded yogart, and juice.”

  • Friendly staff, made us feel welcome, comfy beds.

“We checked into the hotel very late in the night and the staff was exceptionally receptive. The rooms were very clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. This hotel is not for someone who does not like soft beds, I personally felt like I was a home.”

  • They were waiting for me at midnight!
  • The room was outdated.

“The staff was very friendly. We were only there a few hours and it was find for that. I don't think I would enjoy this room for a longer period.”

  • Great breakfast.
  • Nothing.

“The hotel was a relaxing experience with all the snow. We enjoyed the breakfast, hot tub, and the pool. Rooms were comfortable and warm.”
