• Accommodating front desk staff.
• Didn't find any vending machines for snacks & breakfast was just okay.

“The Avista aligned with the 2.5 star rating. I liked the covered parking deck across the street & that breakfast was from 6-11, and then lunch started @ 11am-4pm. We stayed at another resort in the area that left us with nowhere to eat on-site between breakfast and lunch. Room had more than enough sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds in a bedroom, pull-out sofa & a bed that pulled out of the wall too (Murphy bed?)”

• Clean, good fitness room, lots of towels, great view, good layout.
• Nothing I didn't like.

“The avista is in a great location especially for those who like to go to the beach clubs on Main St. in Ocean Drive. It is attractively decorated and the condos have everything you need. The employees from the maid to the desk clerks were friendly and anxious to please. We asked the desk clerk to look up a phone number for us and she came back with a print out showing all information including a map to the restaurant.”

• This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in.
• The room service was alittle slow.

“This resort was very clean. There were indoor and outdoor amenities, such as pools, Lazy River and hot tubs. The staff was very friendly as helped us to choose the best room to meet the needs of my family. We have told everyone about what a great place it was, and we will return again.”

• The room was great, nice view of the ocean.
• Packed
  garage.

“Spent the labor day weekend there, it was great. The oceanfront room was wonderful, the room was clean. Staff was very helpful. My kids and I had a great time. Will stay there again and this time stay longer.”

• The room was actually an apartment very clean with washer dryer, stove, fridge and pots and pans. Very friendly staff!
• There is nothing that I can complain off.

“The hotel is very well located close to stores and right on the beach. The pools with lazy river they have were very clean and you can choose from the indoor or the outdoor ones. You can have an umbrella rented for the day with the resort logo. It is contemporarily designed and very well maintained and attractive for both younger and older families. At night it is very peaceful and during the day you can have a lot of fun in the ocean or at the pools where you can have from the outdoor bar food of your choice and drinks. It is gorgeous! It was worth driving from Canada two days.”

• Two balconies, seperate bedroom than the rest.
• The Spot lights that lit the building penetrated through the bedroom curtains.

“It was overall good, with complementary detergent for the in-room washer/dryer. Loved the Kitchen and homey feel.”

• The rooms, bathrooms and balcony were spacious and beautiful.
• Not enough pillows.
