• It was newly remodeled.
• It use to have an indoor pool but it is no longer there.

• Room was very comfortable.
• There were no patio tables and chairs in the pool area.

“This Crown Plaza Hotel lived up to the franchise name that was expected. The room rates were good and the staff was very professional. I would choose to stay here again with question. The bar/lounge was modest but suitable and the restaurant was convenient but pricey, as most are. The pool itself was nice, but there were not any patio tables and chairs for patrons convenience of relaxing beside the pool. We had to sit and leave our belongings on the ground. Overall, my stay was very good.”

• Room were clean, bed was very comfortable, large mounted flat screen TV.
• Difficulty finding your room. Long walk from front desk to elevator.

“My overall experience was excellent. Some reviews say airplane noise was a factor. I'm a light sleeper and I did not hear anything for the entire week duration. Internet was the fastest among all hotel I've stayed in. The bed was very comfortable but wish they had softer pillow. My favorite was the 52" flat screen
TV with HD channels. The only complaint I would say is the extremely long walk to your room.”

• The bed and shower head were wonderful!
• They had a huge Latino party that began at midnight and didn't end until 2am.

“Overall, this hotel was a wonderful and relaxing compliment to our romantic getaway. The bed was so comfortable, we searched the pillows and bedding to find out what kind they were so we could buy them for our own home!”

• The executive suite was a great surprise. The suite was excellent. The Executive Club was a treat with a very friendly host and the food.
• The parking lot!! Outrageous! Birds defecated on car and leaves everywhere! Tree should be removed!

“Excellent hotel, recently remodeled. Good location. Very good price. Beautiful furniture. King-size bed was wonderful. Good restaurants in the areas. Personnel was professional, helpful, and friendly. Poor lighting in desk work area. No coffee pot (personnel did not response to two requests). The parking lot is a major problem due to trees. My beautiful car was covered with leaves and birds defecated all over the car. The hotel personnel assumed no responsibility. The manager displayed a disdainful attitude as if it were my problem and not his. The manager offer that had I requested valet service, this would not have occurred. That is a pretty poor excuse for a parking lot owned by the hotel. I had to have the car wash immediately at my cost. The hotel should have the trees removed or relocated.”

• Updated rooms with LCD tvs and high speed internet. Close to airport.
• Pillows very plump.

“This is not a Crown Plaza it is more a Quality Inn. The rooms are ok, but the lobby and public areas are not decorated. Just plain blank walls. Where it is decorated it is second class.”
