• Very friendly staff!
• Rooms need updated, but still decent for the money.

“Okay. First of all I am not a picky traveler so the taped outline on the hotel room floor did not bother me. LOL (Joking). The room was a great value for my price. Beach front room and waffles for breakfast! WOW! I would stay here again!”

• It had nice access to the beach.

“I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends. The hotel way okay-not great by any means. The pool was closed the three days we were there, so that cut out time we had planned to be swimming in the pool with our children. The rooms were dingy and just didn't make you want to be in the rooms for long. The staff was very nice and the continental breakfast each morning(free) was good. We only lived a few hours from the hotel and were only there for a couple of days so we just lived with the conditions. If I would have come a distance and was planning a week family vacation I would have been really upset.”

• Location to Main St for Bike Week. Ocean front room, heated pool. Free Continental breakfast.
• Not enough parking during Bike Week.

“Great location, right on beach. Kitchenette. Small washroom but suited our needs. A bit dated decor.”

• Location , comfort, friendliness of staff, the view was unforgettable.
• Nothing.

“The staff was very helpful and courteous, room was clean, location was great close to shopping, attractions and dining. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing.”

• The location on the beach was wonderful. Parking was terrific and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The elevator and the hallway to the hotel room was a bit run down and dirty feeling.

• Convenient with our plans.
• The room was not very nice.

“We have stayed in this hotel - so were somewhat surprised this time with the quality of the room. Also, we were told there would be a place for us to park our trailer across the street and that didn't turn out to be the case and then the hotel charged us $30/night to park it.”

“Great staff; balcony overlooks the heated pool and beach; 3.5 miles from Daytona Intl. Speedway; nice lounge with bar and pool table; very friendly staff; definitely stay here again.”

• Location! Right on the beach. Beautiful views.
• Bathroom was worn, drain pulled out from tub.

“Great location on Daytona Beach with helpful and courteous front desk staff. Morning continental breakfast was a very nice amenity with something for everyone's tastes. The room was spacious although the bathroom really needed some TLC. There was an odor in the room, but being so close to the water it smelled more damp than anything else.”

• It is cheap. For us it was perfect.
• It was pretty much falling apart. Good enough for us.

“This party has seen its good days in 1979. It pretty much felt like a party hotel. So we did.”

• Perfect location to enjoy beach and sunrise.
• The room could have been cleaner.

“We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Close to downtown and right next to beach. We had beautiful view of beach from our balcony. Pool was great.”

• The staff was awesome and responded to our needs.

“We enjoyed our stay. Most of the hotels in Daytona are pretty run down, but the staff was great. Our room was adequate with a great view of the ocean and our continental breakfast rocked!”

• Nothing.
• Everything - in disrepair, needs major renovations.

“2 of 3 elevators not working, halls and rooms dirty, faucets and shower sprays not cleaned for long time and not working properly, carpeting wet in certain areas, given 2 large hand towels and one washcloth for 2 adults in a room - When I called for more towels, gave 2 more large hand towels (which they call bath-towels) and said no more washcloths were available. Hotel has potential, but needs repairs and renovations to make it acceptable.”
