• The hotel was located in an area where there were restaurants, stores, and other hotels. The location off the interstate was also great!
• Breakfast - there was not an array of different items to choose from.

“I thought the hotel was a great relaxing venue, and I am sure if I'm traveling through Tallahassee, Florida again that hotel will be my first choice.”

• Clean, comfortable, safe, friendly staff, ample parking.
• Vanity power outlet not working.

“Convenient to restaurants. Very friendly staff and safe parking. I stay in several hotels for my business travel. This hotel is near the top end of the typical American motel adjacent to an Interstate highway. My expectation were exceeded. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Convenience.
• They would not accommodate us with double beds. I wanted to charge an upgrade fee for double beds.

“It has always been a nice experience until this last visit. We pretty much have always been able to get double beds unless they were booked and there were not that many people in the hotel this weekend and I was very disappointed when they would not give us a room with double beds without charging an upgrade fee.”

• Exceptional front desk personnel.
• Found dead roach in the bathroom.

“I was so pleased with everything except the dead roach in the bathroom. The front desk staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the conversations I had with them. The breakfast was good.”

• The price and the cleanliness.
• The room was small and cramped and it was a smoking room and I have allergies.

• Threadbare sheets, blanket with holes, stained chairs, large roach in room.

“Property has great access to Interstate 10, although it's a little difficult to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have seen better days: sheets were threadbare, blanket had holes, carpet and stairs stained, desk plug unworking.”

• Convenient to FSU (Florida State University)
  - $15 cab ride to campus.
• Cab had a hard time finding hotel because it's tucked away.
