• Refrigerator.
• No Breakfast at all.

• I liked the microwave and refrigerator in the room.
• The bed was a rock. Really really hard to sleep on. Also 2 pillows were not enough especially because they were flat.

“The location was adequate. There is plenty of shopping in the area. Great place for extended stays but I would ask for more pillows and a softer bed.”

• they had a kitchen like in the room which was cool

• Staff was helpful and provided an extra pillow and blanket.
• Unexpectedly finding that it had no choices of beds that night and if it did have a choice, there would have been an additional cost.

• The cleanliness.
• I felt very uncomfortable, the hotel was empty and uncomfortable with the desk clerk.

“The clerk asked for the name 3-4 times, he seemed very nervous and not personable. He was unsure about the room availability and just not welcoming and friendly. I didn't sleep the entire night. This hotel was so desolate it reminded me of something out of a horror movie. We checked out at 6:30am. I never have plans of going back again. The whole experience was just creepy.”
