• Cleanliness, nice flat screen TV with cable, quiet, covered parking.
• Odd bathroom, like it was sort of added on as an afterthought, glass doors, no privacy.

“The hotel seemed fairly new, as such was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom in my room was odd, sort of added on in a corner with glass doors so there was no privacy. It sort of seemed like an afterthought.”

• Overall, the hotel felt good, clean, upscale and overall a good place.

“Overall, the hotel was good. It was new, modern and very clean. The room was small, but cozy. I would stay there again.”

• Convenient-comfortable bed-comfy chair-nice desk area.
• Room was not cleaned on 2nd day-when questioned, weekend staff said they didn't know why..no apology..no offer to clean..too busy flirting at front desk.

“The hotel is nice. Check-in only took about 1 or 2 minutes and very friendly. Room was clean on arrival and comfortable. However, on the second day (Sunday) our room was not cleaned, trash emptied, fresh towels or anything. When we asked the front desk about it, they said they didn't know why, but did not offer any solution or apology. Sunday front desk acted as if we were cutting in on their free time (or flirting time) when we asked for directions. Very unprofessional. I would stay here again, but perhaps not on the weekend.”

• Staff was generously helpful.
• Room service food was not very good.

“The hotel is very pleasant and easy to get to. I didn't use the pool but it is indoors and small. The workout room is adequate. I ordered room service four times: two breakfast and two dinner. The pancakes were good but the peanut butter was old. The food arrived just over room temperature. Dinner was a sandwich and the fries were fairly hot.”

• Very comfortable.
• Staff waking us up a 3 am.

“We love the room it was very nice the bed where soft. the first night was great but the second night the rented our room out 2 a couple and was woke up at 3 am by the night guard.”
