• Room had coffee and the location was good.
• Reminded twice to leave before checkout time, once by housekeeping and then by the front desk.

• Room was spacious & comfortable. Has ktichen, microwave & fridge.
• Would like to be able to have room serviced daily without charge.

“Great place to stay in Pheonix. Would not consider this a hotel since they do not do daily cleaning service. This was really no problem.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• The bed was completely uncomfortable and there was trash left in the room from a previous guest.

“Great stay if you are on a budget and don't need any sleep.”

• Cheap.

“The hotel had easy access to the freeway and friendly staff. Huge drawback way there was no pool. My daughter desperately was looking forward to swimming and we were very disappointed.”

• Easy to locate, choice of restaurants very near.
• Obviously a smoked in and non smoking room.

“Short quick answers from hotel staff. Requested non smoking room but it was obviously smoked in. TV very small and limited quality reception. Hand soap but no shampoo or lotion provided. Two small pillows, unable to provide an additional pillow or blanket.”

• The small kitchen and quiteness.
• Did not like the way the key worked on the room.

“Hotel was clean and I appreciated the fact that it caters to the needs of business travelers. The key locks should be changed. They are unlike many hotels that you wait for a green light and remove the key. On this one you had to leave the key in to open, in which
I forgot to remove the key and it was in the door all night.”

• We liked the set up of the room.
• One room had nothing but problems!

“We liked the hotel overall. Our friends we were traveling with, stayed in the room next door and they had nothing but problems with their room. The staff did do everything they could to accommodate them.”

• Efficiency apartment amenities; window I could safely keep open!
• Only smoking rooms or rooms on smoking floor were available!

“Conveniently located at intersection of 2 major freeways; good parking; clean, well maintained room; able to control my A/C; window I could keep open without risking intruders; nice exterior.”

• Full size kitchen.
• No swimming pool.

“We enjoyed our stay including a late check out. We would have liked a pool sence it was a 114 outside. But the full size kitchen aloud us to have a watermelon that was a treat.”
