• It was conveint for the launch that was canceled. The entire desk staff was very helpful.
• For such a hot day the pool water was a little to warm and no pool towels.

“We were able to schedule 24 hours before needing the hotel. The staff gave us an upgrade from a smaller room. It wasn't available when calling the confirm reservations. But asked young lady if someone canceled please let us know so we could get an up grade/larger sleeping area. After hanging up someone cancel and we received an upgraded room. It was very nice of the staff to do this. Next day confirmed arrival time and was told about the upgrade...we were afraid that they were speaking of a different vacationer but it was for us. Thank you.”

• Very clean and had a great continential breakfast. Well definitely stay there if we need a place to stay while in the area.
• Nothing comes to mind.

• Staff was great.
• No restaurant.

• Clean, new, friendly staff.
• Not close enough to the beach. Driveway tricky.

“Upon arrival, we had expected a smoking room. Due to a communication error, smoking room not available. The desk clerk gave us a room close to the door so we could get outside easily. The next day we were moved to a smoking room. Breakfast buffet was included & all self service. It was fun to make our own waffles. The beds were tall & comfortable. I really liked to wall mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Water pressure good.”

• Access from the parking lot and the dangerous angle of the driveway.

• New, clean, quiet.
• The hotel staff is not well trained on service.

“This is a new hotel and some bugs need to be worked out. The internet was out all week and all the staff said was not our job plus one cranky older guy manning the breakfast bar seems to hate customers. Good value just poor training.”
