“First, I had called ahead and requested a handicapped room and on arrival the receptionist didn't know anything about it therefore we didn't get the special room. Our bathtub wouldn't drain and the receptionist first asked if I could go after something to help it drain, then she decided to move us. There was no maintenance personnel on duty and it was only 9 PM. She didn't offer to help us move. Since she didn't offer to help us with directions for the handicapped, my husband had to hunt for a ramp. Also, both rooms smelled musty. I couldn't adjust the thermostat in the 2nd room we were in. The rooms were somewhat small and the beds/pillows were too soft.”

“I was not impressed - this hotel did not match up to what I normally expect from a 2-star hotel.”

“Great for an overnight stay. Wouldn't be much fun for a longer stay.”

“I will not choose La Quinta, and was told this was a nice place to stay. Breakfast was poor.”

“Location was convenient, staff was friendly, had on-site security the bad. No where to park do to Hooters sharing same parking lot, room was dirty especially the bathroom tub was stained, hair all over the floor and carpets locket like they weren't vacuumed yuck!”

“Hotel was old, out of date, needed updating. Also, I was trying to get a hotel close to the airport, This was in an area far from the airport. It should be classified in North Little Rock, not downtown area.”

“If it would present a stove or microwave, and a refrigerator it would have been totally excellent. We did like the bedrooms and the whole room. We didn't like having to go all the way down to the front of the building to get ice to room with no ice box. We were there to relax and get away from society to celebrate the new year and had to leave several times just to get ice. Other from that it was a nice stay. We would recommend it to other friends.”

“If you are looking for a clean hotel with a decent breakfast for a night or two this would be a great place. If you are looking for a more romantic place to take you spouse then you should look elsewhere. This is a great place for a traveler, business person or someone in town for a couple of nights.”

“This is the former La Quinta Inn, but is well kept. Keep in mind that Beaumont was by the mall, but now is across the highway. Location is still, OK, but most of the restaurants are on the opposite side of major 4 lane highway.”

“Two twin beds, closet, table with two chairs, 32 inch television with in room movies. Continental breakfast started at 6am, rather limited selection (but free). Modest but more than adequate accommodation. Doors open to outside. Had pool.

“With a little work on security and parking lot monitoring this would be a very nice hotel.”
