• Convenient to I-55
• Filthy rooms, broken furniture, seedy area

“This hotel is in serious need of a thorough renovation. Furniture was old and broken, bathroom fixtures broken, mysterious carpet stains, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, dead bugs in the corner. Warning signs were posted around the property regarding car thefts, and they had an indifferent security guard hanging around. Obviously they have a crime problem. We recently stayed at the Extended Stay Deluxe just one exit away from this hotel, and the difference was like night and day. Skip this sorry excuse for a hotel and stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe up the road.”

• It had a cofee maker and a refrigerator
• It was not very clean, it was very rundown, it was difficult to get to.

“Hotel was very difficult to get to and hard to see from the road. You had to go past it and come back and it was difficult to find the address. The hotel was rather rundown looking and certainly did not seem very clean. I was very disappointed.”

“hotel room was not clean. At times thought that it had not been cleaned at all. Only had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. I felt I had to clean before letting my children use the toilet or bath.”

• The location was very good
• The room was not kept up very well

“The location is good and the help was friendly but the price went up when I wanted two regular beds instead of one queen bed. The bathroom door would not shut and there was a crack in the bathtub. The room in general was ok but badly in need of a renovation”

• It's location was convienent
• no amenities, no pool, hard bed

“this was a bare basics hotel. the only amenities was a bar of soap and one pack of coffee for the coffee maker. better bring everything you need because you won't find anything extra here. The bed was hard but there was a nice comfortable chair in the room. Small kitchen but no oven, had microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove and sink. Fine for an overnight stay if you didn't need much but I would prefer a place with more comforts for the price.”

• The hospitality and the room provided everything you needed for a great stay.

“After checking into the hotel. I found 2 of the 4 rooms to be dirty (was not cleaned from the last guest). They had to assign me 2 more rooms. This was almost a turn off. They should be very carefull of things happening like this. Overall a good stay. Keep up the good work.”

• Great.
• No attendant on duty after 10:00pm. No ice machine.

“Overall stay was a great experience. I would come back again and recommend the hotel to others. There was plenty of parking, laundry machines in the facilities if needed, very quite and safe. Occasionally you saw a police care patrolling the area which made your stay feel even safer.”

• The facility was no better and no worse.
• The hotel staff were rude. I stayed there 3 times and they were all rude. I won't stay there again.

• Coffee maker.
• No one in office for check out until 7 AM.

“This is a clean but very basic hotel with old looking furnishings, no data ports, when you use the work desk you face the wall away from the TV and the rest of the room and feel cramped.
I had to return to the hotel to check out because the office doesn't open until 7 AM, and this isn't good for business travelers.”
