• The friendly and helpful staff.

“The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very large and the shower was great! Very quiet in the hallways which was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directing us to local attractions. The restaurant located in the hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet!”

• Extremely comfortable bed, clean bathroom, everything in good working order, bath and body works amenities.
• Room was right next to loud ice machine and elevators, extra charges for WiFi, look and maintenance of pool area not top notch.

“Overall, a very nice place to stay, especially short term. Live music does not suit in hotel restaurant well, and was cheesy. Food was decent, but service slow. Pool was a let down, but the rooms were nicely decorated, felt spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were clean, comfortable for one, and nicely appointed. The staff was all very courteous, and this hotel serves as an excellent business, or short stay hotel.”

• On arrival room service from the previous night in hall way.

“Good value, location requires some maneuvering to get to and from 394. Restaurant/Pub food was very good, service level was below standard in the Restaurant/Pub.”
