• The cleanliness of the hotel; and the people were very kind.
• The loud group of folks staying up all night next to us. Unfortunately I realize this is not the hotels fault; but, it wasn't very fun.

“We enjoyed our stay. We were home on emergency leave and dealing with our father who underwent brain surgery. So, the rest was needed and we received it and felt comfortable at the hotel. Beautiful building, site, etc. And the hotel was just minutes from Boone County Hospital.”

• Comfortable bed. Breakfast very good.

“When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk told me that due to a problem on the floor of my reserved room, there was not a room available, the hotel was full. I was sent to another Marriot about 2 miles away. Unfortunately, the hotel I stayed in was right next to the highway. My room faced the highway and the noise disturbed my sleep.”

• The beds were lush, really awesome!
• No breakfast was provided and hotel restaurant is too costly.

“Everything was great except a little farther off the highway than I expected - however, it was easy highway access from the highway we were on. We were also disappointed that there was no free breakfast.”

• Newness of the hotel.
• Dirty towel left in bathroom; dirty sock behind the curtain.

“Very nice hotel - seemed to be very new. Stayed on New Year's Eve and it was still quiet and without problems. Only minor problem was the dirty sock we found left behind the curtain and a dirty rag left hanging in the shower. Otherwise, very nice and clean hotel!”

• Location off of highway.

“This is a great hotel, seems very new or newly updated. We really liked the value we got for this hotel, you will not be disappointed.”

• Beds were extremely comfortable, clean, friendly staff and prompt service.
• The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the quality.

“I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I ate cheaper at Denny's/Bob Evans and received the same amount of food for the money. I would recommend making it a continental breakfast.”

• Space.
• Nothing.

“The only thing is that I felt that their breakfast buffet was priced too high, so we went to IHOP which was cheaper than eating in their buffet. The Beds slept great. The room was very clean and staff were very helpful and acted like they didn't mind working on the weekend, unlike many other hotels.”
