• Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!
• Nothing bad to say!

“We stayed at this hotel for 5 days during our honeymoon. It was close (about 5 blocks) to the falls without being in the noise and craziness of the tourist area. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. We did not use any facilities besides our room, however, when we walked past and peeked in they all seemed to be clean and nice. Our room was cleaned on the days we wanted and left alone on the days we put out the "do not disturb". Their continental breakfast is not the greatest thing in the world, but its free and enough to fill you up at the beginning of the day so you don't spend a fortune on breakfast at a restaurant. Over all a very nice place to stay!!”

• Great location, great rooms, great service, friendly and helpful staff.
• $6 parking.

“Better than expected. Great price. Pool and hot tub. Nice big and clean rooms. Great staff and service. Would stay again.”

• Beautiful decor, plush and elegant.
• We had to pay an extra fee of $6 for parking.

“The breakfast was beyond our expectations and the breakfast room was very large and airy, food was excellent!!”

• Room furniture was nice, beds were really comfy, hot tub was big.
• Breakfast was not very good.

“Pool was nice but a little cold, the hot tub was huge and very nice, room furniture was nice and modern, and beds were really comfy. Breakfast was not so good - waffles with syrup, cereal, and bagels with cream cheese. The bagels were not fresh and tasted like thawed frozen bagels. Location was right around the corner from Clifton Hill, it was a nice walk to the falls. We ate at the Sandstone, which shares a parking lot with the hotel. Really yummy food and the staff was super friendly. The staff at the desk recommended them and gave us a 10% off coupon.”

• Continental breakfast was excellent, clean inside and out, very friendly & helpful staff.
• Can't think of anything negative.

“Great location, not too far and not too close to attractions. Very clean interior and exterior of lot and grounds was also impeccable. Staff was always of help and very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was aces and far exceeded anything I ever had offered before. FANTASTIC STAY!!!”
