• Nothing, they charged my debit card after I already paid.
• Never enough towels and my room key never worked.

“It's horrible and they ruined my birthday by charging my debit card for the room that was already paid!”

• I only went so my 3 year old could use the pool and she did and had a pleasant insurance.
• Room wasn't cleaned properly, dirty plates were on the side of the bed.

“Nice for the price comfortable bed but the room wasn't clean. Staff was great very friendly at the front desk. But need new house keepers. I probably wouldn't stay there again.”

• Pool and spa were great , free WiFi awesome, waffles were delicious, convenient to mall/shops, great price.

“We had a great experience. Very reasonable price ($55), which includes free breakfast (great waffles), free WiFi, pool & spa. If you are near Philadelphia or just passing through, this is a great place to stay. I was very satisfied with the experience.”

• Great breakfast choices. Easy check-in and out.
• Ice machine only on first floor.

“Very convenient to Philadelphia,free parking, many restaurants in area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Beds were a little too soft & pillows could be better.”
