“Hotel has a real old feel to it. Although the rooms have been redone, the overall hotel needs to be remodeled.”

• Clean rooms.
• Unfriendly initially.

“When we called to confirm our reservation they tried to tell us that the room we booked was a smoking room with a Queen Bed. After an altercation, we finally got the Manager to resolve the situation and move us to a Non Smoking Room. This should not happen.”

• Very comfortable bed, large room, excellent value on Priceline.
• Would have liked a nice continental breakfast.

“This was a very nice hotel. It had a very comfortable bed, and was furnished quite nicely. We got up-graded to a king suite, at a price that would have been good for a double queen room. A very nice hotel.”

• It had easy access from the freeway.
• It was filthy.

“There was hair on the tub enclosure and floor in the bathroom. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was a woman's large hair comb under the desk. The room obviously hadn't been cleaned. The room was in a back building that was not a three-star room. It was a 1 to 2 star. The hall smelled badly. The carpet in our room and in the hall needed shampooed. I didn't walk in my bare feet - it was too dirty. Some of the buttons on the TV remote didn't work.”

• We were upgraded to one of the tower rooms – and we loved it.
• A little noisy because its next to freeway. Earplugs worked great.

“We were very happy with our room. We were upgraded to a room in the tower (all suites), which was great. It seems to be an older hotel that has been updated. I could see how rooms in the other part of the hotel may not be as nice. After reading reviews, we were a little worried about our stay. We were pleasantly surprised once we got into our room. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.”

• Beds were really comfortable, shower pressure excellent
• Room smelled bad

“We had an excellent night sleep, the beds really comfortable - 2 parts to the hotel, the tower, and the additional rooms, we stayed in the additional rooms - other then a bad smell in one room, the room was excellent, no compliants - the common areas did not feel clean, or safe because of the attached casino. We did need to get a booster box from reception to get WIFI.”

• Ease of check in and check out.
• Internet was bad had to use my cellphone to laptop. hotel couldn't fix problem

“Hotel was clean. room for my price was way better than I expected. I Was Very pleased with room. I was very unhappy about Internet connection. Kept dropping me from the net. Hotel said nothing wrong with it. I ended up using my cellphone attached to my laptop and had better speeds on line.. Hotel needs to work on their Internet connection. I would and will stay there again thou.”

• The food was excellent. Great breakfast buffet.
• Back building too isolated. Not the best rooms.

“Hotel had a very good location. I was hoping for a little better quality room. Not bad, but not very upscale - a little better than Motel 6. Very nice lobby and restaurant. Because the room is a Priceline, that is no reason to put us out in the pasture!”

• Very accommodating, changed from one bed to two, gave us our wake up time, gave us a map so we knew where everything was located. Just friendly.

  I was very impressed no complaints at all.

“Very nice motel, had every thing you need at the motel, restraunts lounge, pool,exercise area, We went as a leisure trip, however we noticed it was very oriented for the business travel also, It was clean and very secured I would definitely stay there again. They also have shuttle service to the airport, we didn't use it but that is a great attribute to the hotel. When we where at airport we noticed the shuttle person friendly and ready to pick up passengers.”

• The pool and exercise facilities were good.
• It smells bad like mold and mildew. No microwave or refrigerator.

“The lobby looks nice with a waterfall, but the hallways and rooms smell mildew. We had a king suite. There was a sofa bed and small kitchen counter with sink, but no microwave or refrigerator. We have food allergy issues, and bring our own breakfast food, but were unable to make breakfast in our room.”
