• Convenient.
• Expensive drinks.

“I was unhappy that our non smoking room smelled like smoke. Also, breakfast was a disaster. All of the food was undercooked, the fruit tasted water logged and the syrup was watered down.”

• Beautiful pool area which becomes nightclub.
• Long walk from self parking to registration.

“A nice hotel, with several towers of rooms. It was modern inside with many non-smoking gaming areas. Appears to maybe have been renovated recently to match the nearby hotel. I discovered there was a gorgeous new tower of rooms.”

• The rooms were very spacious and had superior facilities such as the shower and bedding.
• We had to line up for about an hour to check in which seemed excessive. Also the temperature was very cool in the hotel common areas.

“This hotel is very luxurious, clean and opulent. I liked the pool area and the constant temperature and the warm temperature of the pool water. The shuttles to the other casinos could be improved as we had to wait sometimes for two or three shuttles to get on. Perhaps more frequent shuttles or a larger bus. Also I was very cool in the restaurants, halls and casino in the hotel. Overall, a very pleasurable experience.”

• This is the worst hotel in my life!
• Bad sevice, and not polite people.

“Service was bad, room was not clean, people at the desk were very aggressive and not polite, and also they charge additional $8 for service fee, explained that is policy of their hotel.”

• It was too far from the boardwalk and everything else.

“The hotel was clean but they were doing renovations so there were cranes and construction noises starting at 5:30 am! The restaurants were very pricey for not a lot of food. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.”

• Beautiful, and friendly atmosphere.
• Walk through casino to get to room, no wireless internet.

“Hotel room were beautiful, sparkling clean, amazing rates. Due to construction we had to trek through the casino floor with our bags to get to the check in counter. Free wireless internet would have made the stay much more enjoyable, and it would make this hotel a better accommodation for the business traveler. Staff was friendly and eager to please. Overall a great stay. Thank You”
