• The hotel was great and we really enjoyed our stay

• The whole hotel was really pretty and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful!
• The general area was a little scary since we were not using the airport and had to drive around.

“I would really recommend this hotel. It was a great deal for the price! The only drawback was it did not have a free continental breakfast.”

• This hotel was convenient and close to restaurants and shops. It's clean and rooms were clean with spacious comfy beds.

“This hotel was perfect for our trip. It was close to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel overall was clean and the rooms were clean, decent size and beds were comfortable. The price was very decent. The only thing I would say I didn't like is the $10.00/day parking fee. I would definitely stay here on a return trip and recommend it to future travelers to the Chicago area.”

• Friendly, helpful staff and the most comfortable bed I've slept in.
• Location. Had to take a (brief, complimentary) shuttle to the airport to get on the L-train for downtown Chicago.

“From check-in to check-out, the staff met our requests with friendliness and efficiency. They were helpful in directing us how best to get around town and seemed happy to do whatever we needed of them. The accommodations were beautiful and spacious; obvious care was taken in their choosing of furnishings, from the state-of-the-art desk chair to the absolutely heavenly bed and complimentary WiFi and wireless printing were nice perks.”
