• The room seemed to be updated, and it was very clean.
• Upper floor access was a bit cumbersome.

“We stayed here before, and I must say this stay was better than the last. It seems to have been updated, and we enjoyed the stay better this time around.”

• Had a microwave and a small refrigerator.
• This hotel is not at the Airport/I wasted hour looking for it.

“It was okay peaceful/quiet. I did not like the idea that pets on the premises. The parking could had been much better organized, and the lighting inside and out. The breakfast could had been better/no meat/only had one. Coffee biscuit gravy muffin good. So called eggs? Other wise not bad. Family members who stayed elsewhere liked the idea of the micro/and frig in that they may check out other Best Westerns there on occasions.”

• Proximity to airport.
• WIFI signal poor.

“Basically, this is a one night stopover hotel for those with flights into or out of Tulsa. Clientèle tends to be a lot of contractors. Not a special place at all, but a good deal if you Priceline it.”

• Carpet was sticky made socks black. Gravy was like glue and eggs was sponge like

“Over all loved the hotel for the money. Room needed to be cleaned carpet was sticky and made everything black. The breakfast was OK, but gravy was like eating glue and the eggs was just like they took a yellow sponge and served it as eggs. Location was close to everything we was going to do and could get to the highway very quickly. Some said it was a bad area but never felt threatened there.”

• Very clean and great breakfast
• They accidentally threw away some of my clothing.

“Excellent hotel. I would stay there again. The grounds were very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable and hotel was in a good neighborhood.”

• Nice location.
• One of the night managers.

“A pretty nice hotel, rooms are real nice. Location next to 6th street is great if you are into the bar scene. Most of what you need is within walking distance. But if you are allergic to feathers be warned! I called the front desk about midnight my first night once I realized the pillows were having feathers and requested they be replaced with foam or anything else. She proceeds to yell at me (not talk or converse but yell) that all the pillows in the hotel were feather, along with all the duvets and tops of the beds. I pointed out that two of pillows in my room were not feather, there was a blanket in the closet that was not feather and that the Hilton in Chicago, one in New York and another in San Diego had no problem with my request. She then took all the feather pillows etc. Threw them at the guard and started shouting, nobody is allergic to feathers! This place treats a paying guest as rudely as this and expects a 4 star rating?”

• Clean, amenities were the things I like, nice staff.
• Noisy by the pool.

“This hotel has a wonderful location not far from the airport. When I was there the turn off was blocked by construction so I had to find a back way in. The hotel is clean and has the coffee pot, ironing board, fridge, microwave which are things I like when traveling. I was by the pool which is too noisy but otherwise it was a great place to stay.”

• Hot breakfast!
• No Internet, no TV, no clean shower.

“I would not stay at this hotel again, the Internet never worked, the room smelled like urine, and the shower spit out brown water and the drainage was terrible, my vehicle was vandalized and the hotel did not care nor had video surveillance.”
