• The staff works hard to make it a good stay.
• Pool water was cold, housekeeping was sparse.

“I have no serious complaints; staff was accomodating but felt like we had to ask for services as opposed to them offering - I am sure they are all trying to cut costs - I certainly felt that though there's nothing so specific to describe. Coffee was rather unattended - it was cold (especially the decaf) quite often.”

• Friendliness of Staff; location.
• Printer in business center did not work and staff were informed and it didn't change.

“For a hotel who says they cater to business people and longer stays they should offer free wi-fi, daily cleaning of rooms, ice machine on first floor.”

• It was an attractive hotel.
• We had to ask for towels and there were garbage bags in the hall.

“Over all it was nice and quiet. Family friendly, which is nice. We just think maybe there were some housekeeping issues. Several large bags of garbage outside our room door and no towels in our room. Staff was helpful and friendly--a plus. We don't feel we should have to pay extra for Internet and the hotel did charge extra.”

• The night time workers are good, to us and our kids.
• The room service that the was, not good at all.

I can't stay at any extendend stay anymore because of our room looking like a trash and
I did not like that at all because of the room service they never clean our room all week we were there. But
I like staying at the extended stay in mid town.”
