am breakfast was crowded. On the whole we were very pleased.”

• Location to RIT.
• Under renovation. Carpet missing in hallway.

“It is functional hotel, but it is under renovation and they had workers pulling up carpet and painting common areas. The workers were friendly, but I had to dodge tools in order to get to my room. Upon completion of renovations, it may be a good place to stay.”
