• Location and friendly staff.

“After reading other negative reviews about this hotel, we were concerned with the purchase. However, none of the complaints were found and we were more than pleased with all aspects of the hotel. We will plan return trips to this area and to this hotel.”

• Parking garage kept car out of severe winter weather.
• Vending machines located only on main floor.

“Hotel met my expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the parking garage as a winter storm hit during the night.”

• Friendly staff, clean rooms and downtown location.
• Could hear other guests from inside the rooms.

“Staff was professional and friendly. Good workout room and business room with computers. We liked the location on the river in downtown Charleston.”

• Room and view of the river. Also, staff is friendly.
• No indoor pool.

“We arrived around 2 a.m. and the desk clerk was extremely friendly. I am a Priority Club member and he offered me a late check-out without my asking. Room was spacious; clean; and bed was comfy. We had a high floor with a ceiling to floor window and beautiful view of the river. Would definitely stay here again!”
