• Fast check in
• Not enough parking & no traffic flow I had to back out when there was no parking space

• New hotel.
• Parking was limited due to a track meet at local university.

“This was a new Holiday Inn so everything was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and the food was good. We ended up in a handicapped room. This worked out great for us because we had an infant and had a lot of baby stuff in tow. However, the shower was handicapped accessible so there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor after a shower.”

• Clean! And management was great.
• Room temperature was hard to control too hot or cold. no happy medium.

• New with modern decor helpful and friendly staff.

“This is a brand new hotel not your average holiday inn. Very modern sleek decor, plush beds and very clean. No restaurants around was the only downside. The hotel restaurant was nice and had one very delicious vegetarian dinner selection and friendly wait staff too, imagine that. The only thing stopping this from being an upscale hotel is the selection of toiletries usually provided with those ones.”

• I liked the restaurant in the building and the queen beds.
• I did not like the window drapes, the fact that
  I could close them to block out the morning sun.

“This hotel was very nice and convenient. It was new, so there were a few things that needed attention like the window drapes. We could not close the drapes.”
