• The staff was nice.
• Noisy, felt like it wasn't thoroughly clean.

“This hotel is located in the Innsbrook area on the West End of Richmond. It's a great, clean, safe area. This hotel, if that's what you want to call it is mainly for male business travelers. It also didn't seem like it had been cleaned thoroughly. The walls has splashes of stuff stuck on them, the kitchen counter tops were smeared. There were little bugs in the bathroom.”

• The kitchen was a big plus and the bathroom was very good also.
• The mattresses were too thin and not comfortable. The heat was much too dry.

“Overall, for the value, this is a good place to stay; especially during a longer period. Good location, close to many restaurants, shops and entertainment. My only complaints are that the mattresses were not comfortable and the heat in the room is far too dry causing extreme dry and nausal closing while sleeping.”

• I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the lady at the desk.
• I did not like the fact that there was no coffee or tea available in the room, though I was told that I could come to the desk and obtain some.

“This hotel was perfect for our overnight trip. It had everything we needed. Staff member whom we interfaced with was very nice and helpful. The entire experience as delightful.”
