• People are great - good location.
• 1st rm smelled of smoke, 2nd no batteries in remote control & was really dated.

“We've stayed at this hotel before. It's actually quite good. Some of the rooms can be dated or really used, needing new carpet or drapes. Even though it's an Extended Stay - they don't have decaf coffee & the heaters in several rooms haven't worked properly. Over all it's a good place to stay & worth the money - we always use Priceline & usually get Extended Stay.”

• WiFi.
• Dirty bathtub, scummy with hair, dirty pillowcases with hair, loud refrigerator in kitchen.

“No pool, no flowers, just parking lot, rooms said they were upgraded-a real stretch! Pop machine did not work and was expensive. Upper floors were noisy-you could hear every sound!”

• Right by the freeway.
• Staff less than helpful.

“I've stayed here at least once a month for the last two years. The grounds and rooms have steadily declined with repairs obviously being delayed. What was once a cheerful and helpful staff has been replaced. Overall experience has become a bit dreadful.”

• kitchenette.
• No pool, not fully clean (hairs in bathroom).

“This hotel had nice kitchenettes, the staff was very helpfl and accomodating, but there were no extras: no pool or breakfast offered, etc. It's a good place to stay if you're self contained and want more of a little apartment than a hotel with amenities. Location was very close to the mall, shopping, and restaurants, but not in a great neighborhood.”
