• The staff was courteous.
• Stains on the furniture, stains and burn marks on the bed sheets, disgusting room odor. Heavy traveler and this was by far the worst hotel ever.

“By far the worst and most unclean hotel I have ever stayed in. Were it not for the fact that it was late, we were tired, and the hotel had been prepaid we would have left. We considered sleeping in the car instead of staying in the hotel.”

“This hotel is too far from Downtown Athens to be considered an Athens hotel. It's really more connect to the small town of Bogart. Not worth it's star rating.”

• Friendly staff, very comfortable bed.
• The hallway floor was squeaky and spongy. It felt like it might give way. The recliner was filthy.

“It is a cheap, quiet place to stay and the staff was very friendly. The room would have been better without the dirty recliner. The ice machine did not look clean, and the washers were not clean, but again, were cheap, taking less than $3 to wash and dry a load of clothes. A breakfast was provided, but I didn't try it.”

• Bedding was clean, comfortable, and modern. Room had a bright feel to it.
• The breakfast area was very tiny and was in the laundry area.

“Great location, great staff, very helpful, bright cheery and clean room. Strange breakfast set up.”

• The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful.
• The room was not very clean and the dead bolt on the door did not work.

“The hotel was fair, but our room was not very clean (especially the bathroom). I was a little concerned that the dead bolt did not work, but since it was an interior room I did not ask for another room.”

• Dirty, stinky, disgusting.

“This was the most uncomfortable place to stay. I felt anxious having my children with me. Someone let a dog run up and down the hallway at 2 in the morning. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. Dirty, no top blanket, just sheets, no room, exposed plumbing.”
