• The TV; the chair, sofa, and dresser/entertainment center.
• The select comfort beds; the King size bed that had a big dip in the middle; the ongoing construction.

“We were really disappointed with our 4-night stay. The first night went fairly well; but my husband soon discovered that he could not sleep on the Sleep Number beds with his bad back. We requested to be moved to a room without this type of bed; all seemed to be well. We were moved to a king room the 2nd night, and we were enjoying the room when we received a call from the front desk. She told us that we would have to move (I had just unpacked!) to another room because the construction workers were going to run an air compressor next to us all night. This is when things began to go downhill. We were moved to 2nd floor to a room that was in disrepair. Missing baseboards, etc. We complained, and were moved to another room. This room had glass and dirt from the ongoing construction along the walls. This was unacceptable, especially since we have a 3-year old with us! We were finally put in a double room for the night with the promise to be moved to a king the next day. Whew! It was 11pm, and we were really worn out from all the moving around!! We tried to go to sleep but were soon awakened by construction noises (drills, etc.) above our room!”

• Location on the Marina was nice to view from the room.
• The fire alarm went off twice.

• Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views and interesting surroundings to explore.

“This is a very lovely hotel. It is clean and very pretty both inside and out. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have flat screen TVs and great views. The parking garage is very convenient and the staff is very friendly. We had a good experience.”

• Location, view from room, clean, and quiet at night.
• No refrigerator.

“I understand no refrig, some people could abuse, by leaving food and a general mess, opening up a chance for critters. But I did enjoy myself and so did my son. I plan on staying again when I head down that way again.”

• View of the water.
• Pillows were lumpy, no place to sit outside by the restaurant to have food or drink.

“Nice location once you get to the water. Not used to the smoking in bar. No place to sit by the water and have drinks etc.”

• Upscale for a moderate price.
• No free breakfast.

“A very large and comfortable room at a good price. Even the regular price would be worth the price. Very nice Nautical theme with sleep number beds and flat screen TV. Very clean and quiet. Beautiful setting at the marina too. Great hotel for the money.”

• The rooms were clean, large and the bed was great.
• The bathroom sink area was quite small, no where to sit items and shower needs a spa stool in it.

“Good location, clean facility in the people areas. The bath room sink area was too small to sit items. The shower stall was large and needed a spa stool. The bed was quite comfortable.”
