• Nothing.
• The hallways looked dirty.

“This looked like at one time was a 1 or 2 star hotel and now it is connected to towers. The hallways looked dirty. The paper cups in room where not covered so if they were reused you wouldn't know.”

• The entrance was very modern, and the staff was very polite.
• The elevator was nasty and the shower didn't work, and
  the paint was pealing from the sink too.

“I was not impressed, the side elevator that you have to take to get to the third floor was nasty to put it nice and
I couldn't take a shower before leaving, called and went to the front desk but check out came and still no one to fix it, definitely not a 3 star hotel.”

• Location was good.
• Elevators were very slow and only 1 person at front desk made check out slow.

“its an old building that was redone at the Chelsea. The elevators are very slow and shared by the hotel staff. There is not a service elevator for the staff, so cleaning, maintenance and bell staff are always on one of the elevators. Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Location on the boardwalk was also convenient and near the casinos.”

• The room was very well kept and inviting.
• The hallways were in need of cleaning and renovation.

“This is a great place to stay if you're in Atlantic City and don't want a casino in your hotel. The location is OK--it's on the boardwalk but not close to the main areas. The rooms are clean and up to date, but the hallways seem a bit old.”

• Very convienent to boardwalks and nightly enterniament was hot spot for people over 21.
• Did not have a fridge or coffee pot.

• The location of the hotel was perfect.

“The Chelsea was a great hotel, for being a non casino hotel, it provided a great space to relax and enjoy each others company. The staff was friendly, the hotel restaurant was excellent and the club in the hotel provided a cool place to relax and enjoy drinks with friends. Overall it was a great weekend and I would recommend any one to choose the Chelsea for their quick getaway.”

• Great lobby and rooftop bar. Nice pools. Cute diner on site. Convenient to the boardwalk.
• The older section is not as nice. We were overlooking Pacific Ave, which was a little noisy - and our balcony door did not lock, which was uncool.

“Trendy space in a convenient location. Even the old rooms have lovely linens and furnishings, though the rooms are not as clean or nice as those in the tower. Great value for the location and the comfort. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel is very attractive. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was large and had plenty of room.”

• Very accomodating for requests.
• Valet parking.

“There are many bad reviews of this hotel but we got a great room. Not sure of the annext building but the tower rooms were great. The location is practically on the atlantic city boardwalk. The valet parking of not my choice but okay. We like to go and come as we please and not bother valet personnel. I hope they can make the annex building just as nice as the towere rooms. I would stay here again.”
