  • Cean; friendly staff.
  • N pool, 2 blocks from beach, no restaurant or bar.

“Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, good bed, recently remodeled bathroom; old building. Two blocks from the beach, though this is mitigated by the availability of reserved umbrellas at the beach. No restaurant or pool.”

  • Friendly staff.
  • The restaurant was permanently closed,no bar,no internet

“If all the facilities at this hotel were open ,it would be a beautiful and romantic getaway. However, the bar and restaurant have been permanently closed, looking for new ownership. The WiFi did not function in the rooms above first floor. The staff were friendly and eager to help. All in all, it was and still could be a great place with the right investors. But for now, definately not a 3 or 4 starr hotlel.and not worth the price.”

  • Nice lobby.
  • Terrible & expensive valet parking service, shabby/old rooms, noisy.

“We were very disappointed. The valet parking was expensive ($28 per day) and awful - and with very little parking available in the area, we were forced to use it. It took about 1 hour for the valet to retrieve our car each time. The rooms were old looking, shabby, uncomfortable bed, stained chairs & carpet, dim & dank corridors. Our room door was even located in the stairwell! We had to ask repeatedly for extra towels or blankets, no one would respond unless we requested things 3-4 times. They also added a daily resort fee of $12 per room per day despite the fact that this was classified as a boutique hotel & resembled a resort in no way.”

  • Upscale feel.

“Wonderful experience. Very convenient to Ocean Drive, the beach and to Lincoln Mall area. Quiet, private and beautiful. We're only sorry we did not have time to dine in the restaurant.”

  • The lobby area n restaurant looked nice. Rooms are fairly clean. Staff is short but tries to be nice.
  • Rooms only have king or barely queen sized beds in rooms. No pool.

“It is not a bad place. Hotel is also very noisy with a party atmosphere.”

  • Very classic look and beautiful decor.
  • There was no pool and not on the beach. A must in Miami.

“The hotel was lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Convenient to all shops and bars on Washington. Location was great! 2 blocks from the beach. Would have been nice to have a pool though.”

  • It was beautiful and really close to some of the hottest clubs.
  • Wish the room was a bit bigger but the bathroom was beautiful and overall the room was nice.

“This hotel is perfect for some single friends to go check out south beach, or a romantic get-away. The bathroom was all marble and very beautiful. The staff was ever so courteous and helpful. The valet parking was very convenient, $25 a day may seem much but you have access 24 hrs, so you can have them park and get your car as often as you like. It’s really close to Club Mansion and bed is right across the street. Wet Willies is just a brisk walk from there and interior common spaces are very trendy. The room itself is nice, very nice layout. Don't expect to use the fridge because it’s full of mini bar items. Overall I loved my stay there and look forward to doing it again.
