“Only use this hotel if it is an absolute last resort. My hotel room was filled with cockroaches and someone them were dead. I started to change rooms but noticed bugs in the elevator as well. When I saw this, I knew it was not just my hotel room, but the entire hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and saw bugs each night.”

“Cross between motel and mini-suite hotel. Access rooms from interior hallways. The room had a motel feel, with very functional, comfortable furniture and a kitchenette, but everything felt a bit cheap. Nobody answered front desk phone line in middle of night when the dog was keeping me awake. The Internet access from this place is still a mystery to me, poorly documented.”

“The staff was extra-ordinary! They assisted us with using the local mass transit (bus and train) even to a point one gentleman even walked us to the bus stop needed (1/2 block away). I also loved the restaurants across the street plus there is a full sized grocery store across the street to fill up my fridge in case I wanted to cook myself.”

“If you are looking for a nice place to stay with few extras this is the place. It was quiet and comfortable with a full kitchen and extra large room.”

“The staff very efficient. Needed a late check out for a couple of hours. No problem. The management obliged with no extra charge. Excellent hospitality.”

“We tried to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, a Friday and a Sunday night, before and after a fair that we attended that weekend. The room seemed okay at first but we wound up having to leave both nights in the middle of the night because there was some kind of odor in the rooms that was causing severe throat irritation and breathing issues for us both. I think the carpets may have been cleaned recently with a chemical that was causing this issue. I did not get a chance to discuss it with anyone there because when we left the front desk was closed.”

“The hotel did not do the offered weekly housekeeping as stated. Trash bins around the hotel were never emptied during my entire 10 day stay. It was difficult to find an employee at the front desk during any hour of the day.”

“Having a kitchen at hand plus a multitude of quality restaurants nearby was helpful. I will look forward to trying similar accommodations in the future.”

“I would not stay at this hotel again. The room was not clean at all.”

“It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Having a full size kitchen is always a plus. I also liked how they had extra toiletries and coffee and supplies out in the lobby so you didn't have to wait for housekeeping to get more. Plenty of privacy. A good overall experience.”

“Same decor and set up as most of the extended stay lines I have been at (ginger, olive greens, rustic walnut). Upgraded bed, cozy interior and clean. Service was good but had to often call back as no one answered the phone sometimes. However, they were polite and quick. Everything worked. Doors open out onto a catwalk/sidewalk adjacent to the parking area (like a motel) but it was quiet.”
