• Location.
• Depressing.

“Hotel needs to renovated. Rooms are dark and dingy, moldy and mildew smell, linens, bedding, mattress, pillows need to be replaced. Bathroom is tiny, shower head was old. I would expect this type of hotel in a third world country, but didn't expect a hotel so run down in Orlando, Florida. There were many other hotels along the same strip advertising the same low prices. If I hadn't already paid on line I would have never stayed there.”

• The microwave oven and refrigerator. The approximate to Orlando's theme parks plus to bountiful options in the area for food.

“The hotel was great I live about 75 miles from the hotel. And I have theme park passes to Orlando Florida this is definitely a place I will stay more often the property including my room were both clean and quiet. And housekeeping was very good.”

• Very good atmosphere very quick service good location.
• Forgot to clean my room once and need new mattresses.

“Would recommend this hotel to others and would come again great great location to every place you needed to go such as restaurants galore walmart, target, sams club, etc, loved my stay just needed better mattresses other than that great job.”

• I didn't like anything this was terrible.
• I hated all of it.

“I wouldn't not stay in this hotel and wouldn't not tell anyone to stay in this hotel. The makes your vacation at disney world bad due to you know you have to go and stay in a room that is dirty nasty and ole i just hated it.”

• I liked the accessibility to Walt Disney Resort.
• The water had a funny smell. Maybe its just Floridas water.

• The hotel staff was very friendly. The pool bar was very slow that night and they gave our family a pizza for supper.
• Parking lot could have more lights.

“The hotel was a excellent
for the price. Our beds and furniture had seen better days, but the room was clean and cozy. The hotels pool bartender was very nice and great with the children. She gave them ice cream with all the fixings and lots of whipped cream in the drinks. Can't remember her name but she was a great lady.”

• The convenience to all of the Disney Parks.
• Room could have been a little cleaner.

“For the price, this hotel was nice. it was so close to all of the Disney Parks and very close to many restaurants. Very family oriented.”
