• Great location and enjoyed the harbor view patio, comfy bed.
• Hot tub and one elevator out of service, wasn't told about parking fee at check in.

• Hockey tournament in town. The ankle biters were annoying.

• The bed was very comfortable, room well appointed, shower pressure great, good location for parking.
• Internet was cable, not wireless, still worked quite quick and efficiently.

“A well stated hotel with upscale location and view. Beautiful local restaurants, and ease of use for parking and quick walk to downtown core. Minimal decor well placed to express the rooms style. Staff opened and knowledgeable, yet not overbearing.”

• This hotel had a convenient location and was very clean.
• The bed linens were thin and uncomfortable and the staff was not particularly helpful.

“The decor inside the room was modern but the color palette and choice of fabrics were better suited to a casino. The front of house staff was not welcoming or particularly helpful. No one helped us with our bags and the front of house staff did not explain any of the hotel amenities (that is, room service,breakfast options, etc).”

“I have stayed in many hotels over my adult lifetime. Never have I had to pay for parking. Even in a one star hotel (wich I have also sated in) I was also charged $6.00 CDN for my continental breakfastwich consisted of a strawberry and 3 peices of pineapple.”

• Very well appointed and in a terrific location!
• Little warm in hallways on 8th floor-I am sure that his will be attended to.

“A lovely hotel in a great location, that is suitable for families and singles. A wonderful place to explore the city from and pleasant rooms that offer the amenities needed in a stylish way. Very restful! I especially liked the airflow.”

• Very courteous staff, very clean, great location.
• Not enough comfortable seating in room.

“Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was fairly small but the hot tub was great. I would recommend this hotel for it's proximity to great shopping and eating.”
