• The location and price were positivies.

“It had nice amenities, especially for folks who are staying more than one night: full sized refrigerator, double burner electric stove, microwave oven, two plates, cups, spoons, forks, knives, etc. It has no typical attractions like a workout room, free breakfast, etc. It really had no lobby, just a small room next to the elevator where the front desk was, and the girl at the desk was doing laundery in the room behind her. It had two chairs, and not much else.”

• The carpets on the thrid floor were grungy.

“The location is great. The entrance and main areas clean. The floor I was on had old and dirty carpet and smelled heavy of smoke even though it was non-smoking.”

“It has seen better days, dirty walls are banged up, carpet is stained in hallways, lack of hot water etc.”

• It stunk really bad!

“It wasn't the cleanest or nicest, but it sufficed for one night as a place to sleep. I wouldn't want to stay for longer than that. The hallways and room had a very bad odor.”
