• Front line staff.
• Mickey mouse maintenance repairs; paint sloughing off in the tub; backed up toilets/tub.

“Quality is important even in a 2 star hotel; do repairs correctly the first time or it will be noticed by patrons and cost more in the long run, while leaving patrons with a mediocre taste.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Bug in room. Staff uncaring and
  rude.

“After being moved 3 times due to broken things and bugs in each room. Motel was disgusting dirty, in need of safety standard improvements, (the stairs on the second level were broken and if you were a large person, you might fall through.”

• The night manager was friendly, helpful, and responsive.
• The day manager was stoic, aloof, and unsmiling.

“The continental breakfast and its venue were adequate for the star-level of this hotel. The outdoor pool was too small to accommodate 40 people, which was its posted capacity. The night time manager was friendly, helpful, and responsive; however, the daytime manager was stoic, aloof, and unsmiling. The location of the hotel in downtown Lake Havasu City is perfect! I would recommend the hotel.”

• The shower head and curtain were nice-the tile was weird though.
• The bed was pretty uncomfortable.

“I thought we were going to have a refridgerator in our room, but only a couple came with a fridge. The bed wasn't that comfy either.”
