• Ugly print on comforter & walls.

“I loved this hotel with all the mirrors and space in the bathroom. Loved the TV in the bathroom. Loved the space in the room and the fact that the hotel was off the highway. Hotel buffet was really good! The staff at the casino could have been friendlier.”

• I loved the whirlpool in the room.
• The bed and pillows were terrible.

“The hotel was wonderful. People were friendly. I just thought for such a nice place the bed should have been more comfortable. The bed was lumpy and the pillows basically a lump.”

• The whirlpool bathtub in the room was great!

“The room has a nice tropical decor with a whirlpool bathtub in the room big enough for two! The pool is large and has plenty of comfortable lounges to relax on. The breakfast buffet we purchased was very good, and persons 50 or older get a 50% discount Sunday through Thursday, even on lunch or dinner. Having the adjacent casino was a plus. We would return to this hotel again.”

• Staff should focus on customer service. I had to get a manager to get my car in valet because no employee was there to receive it.

“The employees in valet need customer service training. I was told that to valet my car was not his job by one of the employees standing in valet, after having drive 1300 miles.”

• We totally enjoyed the room we were looking for an anniversary get away, it was perfect.

“It is clean, big, and very romantic. We requested non-smoking and the whole floor was that way so we did not have to smell any smoke. We will go back over and over!”

• One of the guys working in the quick food service place was rude.

• Room was large, the whirlpool bathtub was huge. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
• Everything was good, no complaints.

“Very comfortable and accomodating. The largeness of the whirlpool bath was a surprise. Loved the breakfast buffet. We have stayed in many hotels which were a lot more expensive that did not compare to this one. Enjoyable stay.”

• The fire alarm went off at 3:45am. False alarm.

“The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The decor needs to be updated, but there was a full hot tub which was so relaxing. The fire alarm went off at 3:45am. False alarm of course but they could not get it turned off for over an hour. We had to stand out in front hotel in our the pj's for an hour.”
