• The hotel was very inexpensive.
• I would have been better off sleeping in the bathtub, instead of the hard bed.

“This hotel had very friendly service and a great price. It was quite close to the Mall and other shopping areas, but I could not get out of it fast enough. The bed was the most unpleasant experience I've had in years.”

“The hotel staff was great. Answered my questions, helped me out since I did not know the area. Always a simle in the morning. Great service. A must if you are staying in the area.”

• Very nice and large room with everything I needed.
• Not very convenient to Downtown Denver, but still a good location for the tech center south of the city.

• Nice amenities and very close to Park Meadow Mall. Full size refrigerator in room, which was a pleasant surprise!
• Little too far south for my purposes, but very nice place to stay.

“I was traveling with my 14 year old daughter and this was the first time she stayed at an Extended Stay hotel with me. She was thrilled with a place that had a little feel of home in it. The beds were nice and firm, which meant a good night's sleep for both of us. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for all.”

• Waited for 15+ minutes to check out--no on at desk!

“Minimalistic at best! Dusty room. No shampoo--understandable if you are staying several days. No told on check-in. No offer of recommendations for places to eat. Door to laundry room left open for all entering lobby to see. Staff not on duty during office open hours...did not answer phone, either. This was in the morning. Kitchen had broken knife (handle coming off). No dish soap. I expected better for an Extended Stay America!”
