• Great room. Large and comfortable with all conveniences.
• No free breakfast.

“Courtyard by Marriott in Mt Pleasant SC is an excellent hotel with big, comfortable and very attractive rooms. The rooms are posh for a hotel priced as this one was. We chose to stay in Mt. Pleasant even though we were visiting Charleston to get a better room for the money. It was an excellent decision.”

• The hotel is very close to Isle of Palms, the best beach Charleston.
• The hotel gives you the cheapest room.

• It exceeded our expectations in every way.

“We definitely would stay at this hotel again. It was convenient to most everything we needed. Everything was clean and the beds were good and even the pillows were good.”

• Good location for Mt Pleasant visitors.
• Night staff was terrible.

“This should be a 2star hotel. Its fine, but nothing special at all. While the staff was friendly and helpful during the day, the night staff was terrible. The room cards would lose their coding with ridiculous frequency. On one occasion, we were locked out of our room upon returning for the evening (quite late) and there was nobody at the front desk. We had to wait 30 minutes at the front desk for the staff to meander over to help us into our room. That was enough to make me not want to return. Otherwise, the place was fine but really just a decent drive-up motel/hotel.”

• The hotel in considerably further away from the city than
  I would have liked.

“The hotel is a typical Marriott. It is very nice and clean with professional service. It is a little too far to be convenient to the city of Charleston.”
