• Free wi-fi.
• Ran out of newspapers before 9AM. Towels very thin.

“It is a place to stay, but not to relax in the room too long. Thin walls and thin towels. Ran out of newspapers before 9am.”

• If you had children, the water park.
• Inability to solve a major problem.

“We had a problem with a barking German shepherd for over two hours while we were trying to sleep. Neighboring rooms made repeated calls to the front desk, my husband went down to the front desk after two hours. Everyone was told the problem would be solved, but it was not. There was no redress. Many people reported the problem again the next morning and we received an apology, nothing else. We've stayed in other hotels that had problems with rowdy guests, etc. and were given a half price room in the future. We will never stay at this hotel again. The demeanor of the staff was haughty. Our colleague was in the next room and asked for a room in another part of the hotel and was turned down because he had.”

• It's new condition and it's on the way to the airport.
• Terribly noisy. Lots of barking dogs.

“I actually like the condition and location of this hotel. If I was traveling with a pet and my children and didn't have to get up early to catch a flight it might be OK. I have stayed here twice and both times we have been next to barking dogs, screaming children and slamming doors. I am traveling with my nine year old and I understand yelling children, but mine have never behaved like this. It seems that this is expected as there is a water park attached to this hotel. If you are traveling for business or want to get some peaceful sleep, I would not recommend.”

• The bed and shower were clean.
• No cafe and continental breakfast wasn't long enough.

“This hotel is on the outskirts of Rapid City, and therefore is not easily accessible to the downtown area. An all day cafe or diner next to the hotel would have been nice. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay for one night, the room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and spacious as well.”
