• Clean, well maintained rooms.
• Limited, tight parking deck.

“This hotel met and surpassed my expectations. The Lazy River and hot tubs were great, the room was clean, the staff members were friendly. The only issue was a very limited number of parking spaces; the parking deck was very cramped and the spaces were very small.”

• Quick and efficient service.
• There was a coffee machine, but not complimentary coffee.

“The room was clean and well-kept. The towels were soft for hotel towels. My only complaint with the room was that there was no complimentary coffee and/or tea, but there was a machine.”

• Something for everyone - beach, pools, lazy river, Starbucks.
• Not able to use luggage carrier all the way to the room.

“We absolutely loved it. It was very family friendly and felt quite safe. Even though we went on one of the busiest weekends of the year, it was still quiet enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was small but very good quality. Having the Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch also. We've decided to make this an annual trip, and will most definitely stay in this hotel again.”

• Our room was right by the indoor pool/lazy river area and was also at the end of a breezeway to the outside. It was very noisy.

“A friend and I went to Myrtle Beach for her 21st birthday. This was a great hotel to stay in because it was inexpensive, clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. The whole point of our trip was to go have fun and party, so, to be quite honest, we didn't really care about the hotel too much as long as it acceptable. It was perfect for our purpose or just a casual stay of a couple days. There were many families with children staying there so it was a tad bit noisy. I would not recommend staying in this hotel for a lengthy vacation. We had a great time and really no major complaints.”

• The friendly staff.
• The rooms need updating.

“The office area was nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms need to be updated. I was upgraded so I can't imagine what we would have been staying in had it not been for that. We probably would not have stayed. We spent most of our time out so we didn't have to stay in the room too much. The pool areas were a plus, but the old furniture was not.”

• Location and family friendly.

• What I liked about this hotel is that it wasn't far from the beach and the many swimming pools.
• What I didn't like about this hotel is that when we arrived, we had to wait for a hour to get our room. The hotel was more like a motel.

“I was not expecting the hotel to be more like a motel, meaning when you walk out of your room, you are outdoors. The corridors was not clean.”

• The pool area and the location on the beach.
• Seemed to be kind of old.

“Hotel was pretty good overall. When we first got there we were not able to get into out room and had to wait about 2 hours. They said it was due to a lot of people checking out that day. I probaby would stay there again if the opportunity came up. The staff was nice.”

• The location to the beach.
• Not very clean and very loud.

“The room layout was ok, the floor was dirty and stickly on the day we've arrived, and for the price of the hotel, you would expected them to clean the bathroom floor everyday. Very nosisy at night, you can hear the constant door slamping from other rooms. Trash in the hall way, pool areas needs supervision.”

• All the employees were very friendly, cooperative, and went out of their way to help.
• Our room
  was an oceanview room but you could not see the ocean. Trees and other hotels blocked the view.
