• Free breakfast.

“It's a great location and there wasn't anything terrible about our stay, but everything was old and there were places that needed repairs.”

• Rust in bathtub. Noise.

I frequently visit
in Cincinnati, but
I do feel that
I won't make any effort to stay there again. The noise is too much, the rooms aren't that nice, and bathroom and coffee pot was dirty. There were rips in the wallpaper and carpet was coming up off the floor. just not worth the money.”

• Bathrooms needed updating (fixtures).

was very helpful and friendly. Did not like to pay $20.00 for parking. Probably would not stay here again unless some updating of the rooms take place.”

• Close to where
  I was going.
• Not safe hotel. Drunk people came into my room at night.

• Great, for being in the heart of the city!
• Could tell the hotel was ageing, needed some inprovements to bring it up.

  did not work. lobby rugs worn, stained and
  shabby.

“Staff were okay. Same with facilities. But place was very empty. Appeared to have few guests. Would try another hotel next trip.”

• Enjoyed the location and staff - they were very accommodating.
• Hall smelled funny.

“Overall, my experience at The Terrace Hotel was pleasant. It had a great downtown location and a staff which was very accommodating. I slightly disappointed in my accommodation- we were supposed to have two double beds and a pull out sofa bed. One of the beds had many broken springs and was very uncomfortable for sleeping, and when we got to the room the sofa bed was not working and broken down in the middle.”

• It was near the US Bank Arena.
• TV & phone did not work, near bad areas.

“I would stay again with some friends if we wanted a hotel in walking distance of US Bank Arena or the football/baseball stadiums. The bartender was great at the bar in the lobby. Valet parking is available for those interested, or expect to pay $15 a day for the open parking lot. Lobby is on the 8th floor, kind of weird. Rooms were decent though.”

• Close to great American Ballpark.
• Breakfast was really bad.

“Location was great. Room was very small and did not provide free internet service like most hotels do. they charge $10 for internet service. A little noisy, you can hear what is going on in other rooms or in the hallway. Continental breakfast was the worst I have ever had.”

• Courteous and prompt staff when problems were encountered with no phone in room and inability to unlock door between rooms.
• The two problems mentioned above plus the constant noise in the hallways and from other rooms all night long.

“The valet parkers tried their best to be prompt and courteous, but they just didn't seem to have a very efficient system. Lack of on street parking was a problem. Our car was hit by the car ahead of us who tried to back up to allow a taxi to exit. Check in was very stressful.
The problems with the lack of phone and broken lock on the door were very promptly taken care of, but should not have occurred to begin with.”

• The front desk worker was tremendous. Very nice job.
• No Coffee on 3 mornings out of 3 that I tried. NO change for a 5 dollar bill for vending machine.

“Very excellent location. Lobby was nice. Valet guys were great. Person at desk was tremendous. Cleaning ladies were helpful and happy. Beds were not great. No fitted sheets. Tried to get coffee on 3 mornings at 0925, 0920 and 0830 - no regular coffee in containers. Decaf was available. Supposed to be coffee until 0930 e
