• The location was easily accessable,room was clean and resupplied with towels, etc. daily. It was nice and quiet.
• Could have used a little more light.

“I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had 2 queen size beds and pillows that were very comfortable. The room was straightened up daily, coffee, cream, and sugar were re-supplied. The room was quiet. Everything worked. We enjoyed our stay.”

• It was clean and the rooms were comfortable.

“The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. The pool was great as well as the jacuzzi. Great place to stay.”

• Very clean, big bathroom and jacuzzi tub, fire place, very helpful staff.

“We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. Loved the size of the bathroom and tub and the fire place. Loved our stay!”

• The breakfast and location to Dollywood.
• Not enough chairs in front of rooms to relax.

“I think our cleaning person could have cleaned the bathroom a little better. Other than the lack of chairs

• It was well located to all the shops and things we wanted to do.
• The bathroom was small.

“The hotel was really clean and the people where nice. We enjoyed swimming in there pool. The cleaning staff was really nice and helped us in any way that we needed it. The only problem was the bathroom was small. There was not a lot of room around the toilet.”

• Location.
• Lacks coziness and privacy.

“This is a mass scale conveyor belt like place. Huge, laid out like barracks with corridors running along the rooms. Does not give much feeling of privacy and coziness. Breakfast place is very small for a hotel of this size. Tables are not wiped after use and left unclean for later users. Food offered for breakfast is meager.”
