• Easy access, chair for relaxing, coffee in room.
• No protein for breakfast.

“Visiting with family in Grants Pass so it was very convenient. Quiet space in room with available pool and sauna. Main surprise and concern was that staff reported since we acquired the space, they had no way to provide a receipt!”

• Should be cheap, but it wasn't.
• Old, uncomfortable beds, small old TV’s, thin walls and very noisy.

“It is clean, and acceptable if you are on a budget, but skip if you are looking for comfort.”

• Rooms in need of updating, persistent circarette smell.

“The people in the front office were nice but the room was disappointing; tiny bathroom, painful shower (showerhead pressure made it feel like a shower of nails), not a nice place.”

• Easy to find.
• Air conditioner is inadequate. A/C unit older than I am, weak fan.

“It was 105 deg when I arrived. No fan or AC was on when I walked in room. It was stifling. When I did turn on the AC, it was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel. I've stayed at a motel6 before and they had better accommodations. This hotel is more like 1 1/2 stars. The hotel staff was very attentive when I brought it up. I had them bring in a box fan and that helped a lot. I would not stay here again in the summer time.”

• Location, and friendly staff.
• Not clean, it looked clean but really wasn't. Carpets left little feet black.

“It was fine for our needs of this trip. A place to sleep and visit a little with family. It did have a good location, close to main streets and freeway, but not noisy.”

“Currently undergoing renovations. Things were torn up. The room we were in was already redone and it was nice and clean but had the remodel odors. Highly recommend Della's Cafe two doors down.”

• I liked the proximity to where I was visiting.
• Awful continental breakfast.

“Overall, I wasn't too impressed with this hotel. It seemed run-down, and there weren't even enough parking spaces for all the guests. We had to park on the street the first night. The continental breakfast left something to be desired also.”

• The room was large with enough counter space for our things.
• The common areas need upgrading desperately. They are shabby with foul odors. There is also no elevator.

• Friendly staff.
• Continental breakfast was limited. No healthy cereals.

“This was an older hotel in need of a sprucing up, but definitely comfortable. The staff was friendly and it was easy to locate from the interstate. We enjoyed having a continental breakfast, although there were only a few healthy food choices. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.”
